Superior Pump®, one of Pedrollo Group’s flagship brands, joined industry partners, suppliers, and professionals at the ACE HARDWARE Fall Convention in Orlando, Florida. The gathering offered a valuable chance to reconnect, exchange ideas, and hear firsthand what customers and partners need from us.
Those conversations are central to how we work. As Buck Kluender, Customer Service and Field Service Manager, put it: “Our products may be what bring customers to Superior Pump, but it’s our people, service, and relationships that keep them coming back.” Throughout the convention, our team strengthened existing relationships, made new connections, and discussed the trends shaping our industry.
What we heard will help guide our continued focus on dependable, easy-to-use pumping solutions, reliable performance, strong value, and attentive service. The Orange County Convention Center provided a fitting setting for conversations with colleagues and friends from across the industry.
